[C320-list] Perkins Engine - Glow Plug Activation

 Scott-  I have the Perkins Perama M20, M25, M30, M35 Operating Instructions.  It says move the throttle to full-speed, heat the glow plugs for 20-30 seconds (60 maximum),then start the engine and throttle down slowly to idle.  Interestingly enough, the instructions shows a 5-position key switch (but not sure if anyone actually has it) where there is an accessories on position, off, instruments on/run, glow plugs, and glow plugs/crank.  According to the instructions, the glow plugs and glow plugs/crank positions are both spring loaded.  So, you would first hold at the glow plugs position to heat, then turn to the last position to both keep the glow plugs on and crank simultaneously.  After starting and releasing the key switch, it would automatically spring back/return to the instruments on/run position (therefore the glow plugs would be disconnected).
