[C320-list] Chainplate leak

In the interest of full disclosure, I did not author this article. I
believe the credit inadvertently attributed to me may have resulted from my
tenure as the Association's Mainsheet Technical Editor. My memory is poor,
but that article may have originally been authored by Jeff.
