[C320-list] Water leaking out of impeller

Not sure what you mean by water coming from the impeller.  Is the leak from the water pump?  What engine do you have?  My 95 Cat 320 has a Perkins M-30.  My water pump is in front starboard side of engine. The water pump impeller is inside a small round cover plate.

After running the engine some water came out from the impeller. Does that mean a new water pump needed.  Water does not seep out until engine stopped
