[C320-list] Sailing in the time of coronavirus

I have a sailboat from Ontario anchored near me off Cortez, Fl. Talk about bad luck. He is doing the Great Loop and has a broken rudder from hitting a sandbar. But no big loss -- he has nowhere to go. The Keys are closed. So are many marinas up the east coast. If he goes back to Canada, he gets quarantined.
