If you are looking for a cheap windlass upgrade, I put a reversing relay on #1037 using the relay normally used for ATV winches $26. It is waterproof and has the same specs as the manufacturers version 

I used the ATV rocker switch (handlebar mount) and put it on a short piece of PVC pipe.
