That’s called a “shaker siphon”. $7-$10

A 5 Gal jerry can of diesel  weights 35 lbs and you are hanging half over the side. When the last of it goes in you’re holding the ½ full can and trying to get it out while spilling. 

I strap my Jerry can to the rail right over the fuel fill for long hauls and that way I can add 5 gals while underway if need be.
