[C320-list] Fuel hose feed to injectors

I need to replace some of the rubber fuel hoses on our Yanmar 3GM30F which are showing signs of wear and are likely original.  One of these is the line from the secondary filter to the injectors. This hose, seen in this photo <https://c320.org/mediagallery/media.php?f=0&sort=0&s=2020080813461490> has quite a narrow diameter but the new hose I’ve bought is much fatter due to better reinforcement, with an approx 17mm diameter. It looks like the replacement would foul on the injector fixings. I’m wondering if anyone here happens to know the max. diameter I could fit.

My understanding is that the hose inside diameter needs to be 5/16” or 8mm.
