An air intake/filter is in the aft cabin on the port side.? The system seems to cool the entire boat fairly well although the aft cabin door must be open to allow air flow, as well as the v-berth door.

One of my Marelon thru hulls seems that it's starting to fail so I am going to replace all of them. Does anyone know the part number? Catalina Direct lists this part number. Do you know if all the thru hulls are the same size? The yard will charge $115/hr to replace them for me. Are they easy to do yourself?

I have never done anything with mine other than make sure that I exercise them regularly and my boat is 2005 vintage. They work well and have never leaked. While out of the water, you could also use some lubricant from the bottom side if any are hard to move.
