Hello.  Another 320 in my marina in Greenport, NY just sold for "High 30's".  I think it's a 1994 looks good from the outside and owner says it's in great shape with lots of upgrades.  I am always interested in what the actual selling prices are for 320's.  Neil Kornblatt  Harmony 2004 #973.

Any thoughts on a realistic "listing" price range?  Hoping for selling price of least 55k?
Boat is ready to sail away. Nothing to do.
