[C320-list] Water in the port side locker of frontcabin

I ended up replacing the front tank shutoff valve and the double male threaded fitting (that threaded into the tank female threads and the valve) in order to stop a leak from the tank in the v-berth area.  The leakage flooded the area around my depth and speed transducer thruhulls and then the bilge area farther aft, but not the port compartment.
Like John Stetson, I wound up cutting a wider circular opening in the plywood bulkhead around the valve in order to be able to evaluate what was actually leaking.  I used a hand router to cut just deep enough into the plywood without cutting into the tank.
