[C320-list] ANCHOR CHAIN WELL DRAIN

The hose between the bottom of the anchor locker and the side thruhull is accessed by removing the front v-berth panel (4 wood screws).  Access to do anything is very tight, but I don't think there is any other way to work on the hose, etc.

I do not currently have access to my boat, so can someone describe to me how I can check the hose? What is it, clamped on vinyl?
As I recall on my boat, water in the chain locker drains out a hole in the bottom of the locker and exits out a thru hull about a foot behind the chain locker drain hole.
