For me it was a few more screws as there was trim pieces and also the forward bulkhead shelf that all had to be taken apart.  Thankfully it is all screwed together.

The hose between the bottom of the anchor locker and the side thruhull is accessed by removing the front v-berth panel (4 wood screws).  Access to do anything is very tight, but I don't think there is any other way to work on the hose, etc.
