[C320-list] Fuel sender access

 My fuel gauge was stuck (and still is) when we bought our boat in 2017. I have used engine hours to decide when refueling is needed. I cruise usually at about 2600 rpm with our Perkins M30 and have never used greater then 0.45 gallons per hour (and probably 0.35 gallons per hour least consumption).  I have been able to predict pretty accurately how many gallons I will need.
