Having done this job, I do not recommend the VHB tape approach for these windows. You will get a better, more secure seal using Dow 795 sealant. as recommended by Catalina and as discussed in the article I had prepared for the Spring 2018 Mainsheet magazine. Dave Hupe 1994 C320 (#32)
