[C320-list] Water pump weep hole

One of the first issues I experienced with my 1994 C320 was the same as you. I assume you have the Perkins Perama M30 engine??  I had my Jabsco 29450-1101  seawater pump rebuilt completely for $277 in 2017 by Depco Pumps  http://www.depcopump.com/contactus.php  .The cost could have been about $160 less if the shaft had not been scored. 
An alternative is this new pump from Parts4 Engines in the United Kingdom (I've used them repeatedly with great results) for $256  https://www.parts4engines.com/perkins-perama-m30-raw-water-pump/
