When the shaft wears water will drip and new bushings will not help.

Scott,
In Nov. 2015 I paid $224. for a new pump from Bay Shore Marine in Annapolis. I have a 3GM30F. The part number was 128397-42500. I have not had any problems with it.

After reattaching those, snugging up all of the thumb screws, and tightening the hose clamps the leak is much less but there is still a minor drip with the engine running. The drips come from the lower (outlet side) hose clamp but I think the water is coming out elsewhere and running to that low point. I could not identify a specific source. I looked for a weep hole but can't find one. I suspect that is the issue, however. Could also be a worn out o-ring on the SpeedSeal, I suppose.
