[C320-list] New Issue--Replace the hose between the exhaust mixing elbow & muffler

The easiest thing is to remove the mixing elbow, attach it to the hose, and
then reattach the mixing elbow. It's also a good excuse to verify that the
mixing elbow is totally clean and unblocked.
