[C320-list] Hose connected to the anti-syphon in the lazarette

Has anyone changed their hose that goes from the mixing elbow to the anti syphon in the lazarette.
I would like to know the size and the name of the hose I did not get any help from my local Yanmar dealer.
The PO has removed the anti syphon and I am planning to install a new one.
