[C320-list] Loose footed mains.

I changed to a loose footed main many years ago with new sails.  The first
thing that I noticed was how much more sail area I had with the correct
shape instead of the lower (swag) 5% of the sail puffed under to the
boltrope.

As others have stated, I also found the outhaul was now magically effective!
