[C320-list] Loose footed mains.

I switched to loose-footed a long long time ago (probably 3 sails ago) -- if 
you race, you want to be able to control shape with outhaul, and that's much 
easier with loose footed main.  Because 90% of what we do is race, no other 
decision criteria is relevant.
