[C320-list] Membership renewal from your Secretary/Treasurer

 Thanks for saying this Chris and you are absolutely right.  I should have included a sentence that not everyone was invoiced because a number of members are active until 30-June-2021 or 30-Sept-2021.  As Chris says, memberships are staggered.  In particular all memberships expire on one of 31-Mar, 30-June, 30-Sep, 31-Dec.  This is because mainsheet is published quarterly and when you join, your membership is good for exactly 4 calendar quarters to get 4 issues.  If you join 20-Mar-2020, your membership expiration date is 31-Mar-2021
I should have been a bit more precise in wording my post.  A lot of members were sent invoices but not everyone.
I would have emailed only the group of people who were due or past due to renew but the problem I was trying to solve is that it was looking as if some emails were not getting through.  So I did the discussion list post.  I've since confirmed that a number of people looked all over and did not receive the email that the system claims was delivered successfully.  So some more sleuthing will be needed to sort this out.
