[C320-list] Reefer Drain

On hull no. 209 the reefer drains to the bilge pan, 'upper bilge', by the bilge pump.
Located by lifting the cabin sole to the bilge pump, look aft to the transverse fiberglass athwartship frame at the back of this space.
Two tube openings, one for the reefer drain & one for the drain tube from the stuffing box bilge.
How to gain access to the tube from reefer bottom to the drain outlet?  Remove the diamond deck?
