This Forespar vented loop is likely what you have (3/4 inch size) Forespar Vented Loop - Sizes: 3/4" and 1-1/2" | Defender Marine  
A new duckbill (within the top little cap) is sold separately Forespar MF-841 Replacement Duck Bill / Cap Assembly | Defender Marine
However, once again, I suggest make sure and maybe get a new duckbill locally.
