[C320-list] Fuel sender puzzler...

My experience with fuel gauge irregularities has been different. Whisper is #772 from 2000. During my 19 years of ownership I have logged 1,525 engine hours. I have replaced the fuel gauge twice. The sending unit has been tested both times and the varying impedance determined that the unit remains sound.
