[C320-list] Disabling leaky water heater

Ferris, I must assume that you have determined that your leak is fresh and not engine coolant water. That being the case, you should be fine. I am on my 2nd Seaward water heater. It wasn't that hard to swap out. I did replace the engine coolant hoses and clamps at the same time.

Hi All,

My water heater leaks and I’m in the process of  disconnecting it. I plan to replace it at a later time.

I’ve drained the beast, temporarily joined the hot to the cold, and disconnected it from ac power (snipped the wires at the unit and put on wire nuts).

My question is, can I leave the engine heating side of the system connected as-is without issue?
