[C320-list] Disabling leaky water heater

On #765 all ac circuits have  switchable circuit breakers.  When at dock and hot water is desired we turn the water heater on for about a half hour then off.
On again when needed but mostly off.

One thing that struck me as odd: the heater was on whenever I had the AC power on. There is only a “reset” button on the panel. Can I simply replace that with a 15amp breaker so I can turn the heater on/off explicitly? I don’t really want hot water maintained  if I’m away for weeks at a time.
