Jack, she is in Melbourne fl. She is in great condition.  Professionally maintained Perkins m30 with Balmar 100 alternator. NEW EV100 auto pilot , 80 watt solar, large bimini and dodger. Interior in great shape.  New bottom paint last month.  Sails are in great shape. A 10 ft Avon roll up with 15 hp yamaha. Stern lift for outboard.  Weaver Davits for dingy. Refrigerator is cold. All safety equipment and more.  Will ask 53,000. Michael
