[C320-list] Seafurl furler

For those of you who have a Seafurl furler on the job who have also changed
the furling line, am I correct that the stainless steel cover should slide
down once the screws are removed?

I stripped a screw and managed to drill it out; however, the cover will not
slide down. Before I persuade it with WD-40 and a hammer, I want to make
sure that it is, indeed, supposed to slide down so I can add new line.
