[C320-list] Perkins m30 fuel filter

I use Fram 3627 or NAPA 3386 as the secondary fuel filter on my Perkins M30.

I am not home to check my files, but searched the 320 Assoc stuff and Warren Updike (#62) listed these a good while ago for the M30 engine fuel filter:Perkins 130366120NAPA 3386FRAM 3627
