[C320-list] Windlass advice

I completed this job a few years ago.  I have not seen the website instructions nut is not a difficult job, just awkward.

I did not remove the shelf.  You are correct the whole unit needs to come out in order to change the oil via removal of the sight glass.  I have over 100 feet of chain (BBB as I recall) so the gipsy is important and of course the chain needs to match the gypsy.  It is helpful to have a second pair of hands.
