I have owned my Catalina 320 #449 from 1997 for 23 years (in the UK).
There are a few issues but nothing major.
I have had a navigation pod fitted and navigation upgrade.
When buying check out what upgrades have been done: navigation, engine, sails.
If the boat has been well looked after there should be records of everything.
It’s a great sailing boat, with very good accommodation, strongly built, and quite easy to maintain.
I love this boat and would not change her for anything else.
I’ve clocked up a lot of miles over the years, on a long run with a fair wind she sails like a dream.
