[C320-list] Nonskid gel coat

I used the repair kit from West Marine and got an excellent match, but I
also have experience matching colors and have a good eye for color.
If I recall correctly , for a small repair on #867 I used  a 1/4 teaspoon
of white, a drop of black and a toothpick dot each of red and blue.
