[C320-list] Has anyone tried switching out windlass capstan to one with a gypsy? What did you learn?

I went the welded route and it’s all good - pulling the old capstan required a hefty puller and a lot of elbow grease. Also a good time to remove the motor and replace the gear oil, clean the connections, etc.
