[C320-list] Has anyone tried switching out windlass capstan to one with a gypsy? What did you learn?

I did a fair amount of searching for the Maxwell kit to no avail. I elected to purchase the VW10-8 (about 2k). It’s a beast, but it fits with minor modification.
