[C320-list] Downhaul for main question

Has anyone rigged a mainsail downhaul and know what item number/brand blocks to add to the “mast foot block” or whatever it’s called? Mine has the solid hole options as opposed to my last boat which had clip on rings. I don’t happen to have a pic but could get one if you all are as stumped as I am. Going to add because there is a bit of friction in the main and I’m trying to avoid going on deck in a bad sea.
