[C320-list] Downhaul for main question

Here’s a pic of the block attachment point at the base of the mast and the mainhalyard block as well. It looks like I can add a half inch post “attachment point” into an open hole of change the mainhalyard block to a double to accommodate the downhaul line. Any thoughts on how I should proceed. Obviously any new double block has to be able to handle the mainsheet load.
