[C320-list] Alternative to antifreez in the sea/lake water cooling system

Been winterizing Lucky Devil without antifreeze for over 20 years without
issue. Wrote article for tech issues on 320 website. It's EZ, it's safe,
it's better for the environment, it improves your knowledge and abilities
on the boat, it increases your awareness of conditions on the boat.
