[C320-list] Edison Pedestal?

I can't help you with getting the ring off as mine came off easily when I needed to get in there. However, the black ring was brittle and cracked in a number of places.  Once you get it off would you be willing to look and see if there is a part number?  I'd like to replace mine and have never been able to find a part number for it.
