[C320-list] Another White Smoke from Perkins M30 Question

Like several others have already said, with losing coolant and your oil level rising, it is very likely a head gasket issue. 
You could also lose coolant out the exhaust if your heat exchanger tube was cracked/had a hole (allowing coolant to bleed into the stream of seawater). However, in that circumstance coolant would not bleed into the block and contaminate the engine oil.
