[C320-list] Outhaul and reefing problems

Been a long while since I have done this, but I found this double block
reduces reefing line friction due to its much larger sheaves and needle
bearings not found on the original block inside the boom.

It has been a while since I made this change so about all I remember is
that I was able to get enough reefiing line slack to get the old block out
of the aft end of the boom and replace it with the SeaSure unit (that just
barely fits in through the end of the boom.

My outhaul was lead back to the cockpit from the factory on my boat.

As for sheaves, I think there is a manual on the website (I know there is
for the mast, not sure about the boom that gives parts breakdown. You can
find new axles and sheaves at Rig-Rite.com.

As far as reefing line routing, you will find several ideas from earlier
posts when looking through the history. I find the factory layout on my
boat works well, especially with the SeaSure block.
