Just spotted this inexpensive ($60) combination fixture ..... all LED ..... can select a red/white switchable deck light version that reportedly changes just by toggling the on/off switch at the electrical panel.

Note: I have replaced this bulb on this model of fixture, with this model
of bulb, in 2021, so I know this works. Also note that it is a Bayonet
style bulb. This particular bulb is not very bright, but I prefer it for
minimal bug attraction. In open water, it's more than bright enough, and
minimizes vision loss to white light.
