[C320-list] Pump Out

On my boat, if I leave the holding tank sea valve open, the river water will start to fill the tank.
Also if I do not secure the pump out deck fitting properly, rain water will fill the tank.

Not sure, but trying to think if accidentally having the thru hull for the
waste tank open would produce this results.   Not something I would want to
try in home waters, fines for illegally dumping the holding tank are pretty
steep.
