[C320-list] Shallow Bilge vs Deep Bilge

They only changed the keel for the already slow, low pointing wing keel
models.  The keel on the fin keel boats didn't change that I'm aware
of.  It may be that the draft of the fin keel boats increased by 3" (?)
when they deepened the keel sump, which would make our boats slightly
stiffer than the easrier shallow bilge boats.
