[C320-list] Winterizing

Hi Jeff.   I always read your posts which are consistently helpful.   I'm
surprised to hear that a shop vac has enough suction to drain the hot water
heater.    Like you, I've always used my compressor, blowing air in through
the pressure relief valve and letting it drain from the lower tap through a
short hose length into the bilge.   Will the shop vac really pull all of the
fluid from the tank, including the bottom inch or two below the drain tap?
