[C320-list] spinnaker

I just have snatch blocks on the stern cleats. No need for anything in 
addition to this hardware. It would be nice to have secondary winches for 
the spin sheets like I had on my last boat, but without them we simply tie 
off the genoa sheets and use the primary winches.
