[C320-list] Steering noise

Hi Mike,

The adjustment nuts are on the sheave that is attached to the rudder.  Just
follow the cables around to their termination points.  Be careful and don't
overtighten.  The cables actually cross in the pedestal and if they are too
tight the will touch and saw against each other.
