[C320-list] 1996 vs. 2000

Water in the bilge is normal and by itself shouldn't be a concern. When
Catalina manufactures their boats they do not vacuum up the sawdust and
other debris that results from the manufacturing process. Over time that
debris makes its way to the bilge and frequently clogs the bilge pump. Clogs
are easily cleared when the boat is docked. The waste liquid in the head
suggests that the owner isn't meticulous in the care of his/her boat. That
wouldn't be a deal breaker for me if I had a good survey.
