[C320-list] Steering Wheel Binding

Have any of you experienced an increase in wheel turning resistance or
binding especially for those that have an ST 4000+ auto steering collar?  I
have, and found that it was a result of over tightening the nut on the wheel
hub.  If you over tighten the nut it can force  the locking ring out of the
grove in the hub allowing the wheel to move forward and as a result bind up
with the autopilot ring collar.
