Mike,

I don't use a air compressor, instead I use a small shop wet vac to suck all the water from the tank lines, hot water heater and each line to the sinks and stern shower.  I then add just enough anti freeze (1 to 2 gal) to have some in the bottom of the heater and water pump.  I then suck that extra out of the system.  I usually use the anti freeze that comes out of the system for the head pump, holding tank and bulge pump.

I should point out that Wind Dancer is inside and the battery charger is plugged in with a timer to turn on the AC every week for an hour or two.  The building inside temp usually never gets much below 30 deg.
