[C320-list] water tanks

Sounds good, however, from a weight distribution / sailing performance
point of view, isn't it preferable to empty the front tank first ?

Those are both excellent ideas. That arrangement of water tank shutoffs 
under the quarterberth bunk is absurd. Thank you both.
